Booking Terms & Payment Policy

Booking Confirmation

Your contract with the company is considered confirmed once the following steps are completed:

INR 1,00,000 advance per person is required to reserve your seat
Full balance payment must be made as soon as the Hajj quota is allotted to us
An official payment receipt will be issued by the company

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be communicated in writing. Cancellation charges will apply from the date the written notice is received.

After air ticket issuance: Airline cancellation charges will be deducted as per airline policy
Before Hajj quota is allotted: 100% refund
After Hajj quota is allotted: 100% non-refundable

We strongly advise pilgrims to finalize plans carefully before confirming their booking.

Documents Required for Hajj

To process your Hajj application, the following documents are mandatory:

Scanned copy of Passport (First & Last Page)
Passport must have minimum 6 months validity from the date of travel
Latest passport-size photograph (scanned)
PAN Card of all passengers
