  • The booking amount is fully refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to the departure date. However, it becomes non-refundable after this period.
  • All packages are non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of the departure date.
  • If any passenger is denied Visa or immigration due to his/her personal reasons it will not be the company's liability
  • Any Changes to flight dates or schedule of the airline we shall not be liable.
  • The company's policy stipulates that no refunds or adjustments will be granted in the event that a passenger fails to utilize any of the amenities or services guaranteed by the company for the specified tour.

  • All Travel Schedules are subject to change and reconfirmation at the time of confirmation due to operational reasons.
  • No Room Service for water and meals will be provided. Passengers have to take their meals and water in the designated area provided by hotel to us.
  • Timing for meals, ziyarats and group transportation should be strictly followed
  • Room cleaning will be done as per schedule and rules of the hotel
  • Hotel rooms will have attached washrooms.
  • Car/Bus will not be at disposal of the passenger and will be provided during group transportation and activities.
  • Laundry service is outsourced and will be provided twice in each city.
  • We shall not be liable for any damage to the garment done by the laundry company
  • Any baggage loss or damage is the sole responsibility of the airline company
  • Wheel chair if available shall be provided by the hotel, else has to be managed by the passenger himself.
  • Prices may vary as per season and exchange rates.
  • Appointment for Riyaz-ul-Jannah is not guaranteed by us.
  • Tour programs and dates are subject to change as per availability of air tickets, hotels etc.
  • We shall not be liable for any offense done by the passenger during the tour and he/she has to face any legal action by the Saudi government authorities.

Child Policy
  • Infant (up to 02 yrs of age) INR 25,000/-.
  • Child 2-6 Yrs Without Bed INR 25,000/- less from Adult Cost.
  • Child With Bed Same Price As Per Adult
Payment Terms for Group Departure
  • INR 12,000 per person booking amount.
  • 75% of balance amount to be made 15 days prior departure date.
  • Balance payment after handover of documents (Visa, Tickets, Hotel Vouchers).

We went for 11 days ziyarat. 6 days in Makkah and 5 days in Madina. Our journey was seamless and we didn't face any issue. Hotels and Transportation both were very well managed by travel agency. We didn't find any difficulty in ziyarat.
