  • All Travel Schedules are subject to change and reconfirmation at the time of confirmation due to operational reasons.
  • No Room Service for water and meals will be provided. Passengers have to take their meals and water in the designated area provided by hotel to us.
  • Timing for meals, ziyarats and group transportation should be strictly followed
  • Room cleaning will be done as per schedule and rules of the hotel
  • Hotel rooms will have attached washrooms.
  • Car/Bus will not be at disposal of the passenger and will be provided during group transportation and activities.
  • Laundry service is outsourced and will be provided twice in each city.
  • We shall not be liable for any damage to the garment done by the laundry company
  • Any baggage loss or damage is the sole responsibility of the airline company
  • Wheel chair if available shall be provided by the hotel, else has to be managed by the passenger himself.
