  • The booking amount is fully refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to the departure date. However, it becomes non-refundable after this period.
  • All packages are non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of the departure date.
  • If any passenger is denied Visa or immigration due to his/her personal reasons it will not be the company's liability
  • Any Changes to flight dates or schedule of the airline we shall not be liable.
  • The company's policy stipulates that no refunds or adjustments will be granted in the event that a passenger fails to utilize any of the amenities or services guaranteed by the company for the specified tour.
  • Umrah Services offered are combined efforts and services provided with the support of various operating agencies like local Tour operators/Hotels/Transport Companies/Visa Companies / Airlines Etc and WORLD WIDE TRAVEL AND TOURISM does not claim to offer them as an absolute property of WORLD WIDE TRAVEL AND TOURISM.
  • All Travel Schedules are subject to change and reconfirmation at the time of confirmation due to operational reasons.
  • No Room Service for water and meals will be provided. Passengers have to take their meals and water in the designated area provided by hotel to us.
  • Timing for meals, ziyarats and group transportation should be strictly followed
  • Room cleaning will be done as per schedule and rules of the hotel
  • Hotel rooms will have attached washrooms.
  • Car/Bus will not be at disposal of the passenger and will be provided during group transportation and activities.
  • Laundry service is outsourced and will be provided twice in each city.
  • We shall not be liable for any damage to the garment done by the laundry company
  • Any baggage loss or damage is the sole responsibility of the airline company
  • Wheel chair if available shall be provided by the hotel, else has to be managed by the passenger himself.

Payment Terms for Group Departure
  • 10000 per person booking amount
  • 75% of balance amount to be made 15 days prior departure date.
